FLORENCE–ITALY– ‘When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore”

We have been bombarded by that song today and Graham says he has an ‘earworm’.

(can’t get song out of his head)

Today we had a free morning. We spent some time catching up on emails and blog!

Then got lost in Florence as we went for a walk without a map (silly!)

In the afternoon it was back on the bus for a visit to the leaning tower of Pisa.

This was very touristy. We had to park some way away in the bus park and get on a Choo Choo which was a little road train.

That's when our fellow travellers started singing!

when the world starts to shine like you've had too much wine, that's amore

Tonight we went for a dinner in the Tuscan Hills.

It really is beautiful.

Lovely sunset with the silhouettes of the cyprus trees on the skyline and a full moon rising from the other way.

Although the coach got lost on the way and had to turn around (and it is an extra LONG coach)

The roads are narrow and some were dirt.

But we did have the best pesto ever – yum.

More music on the way home which a CD in the coach..

Guess what, Dean Martin sings Latin love songs! (its that song again…)

Ring ding a ling a ling etc..

Until next time, Red heartRed heartRed heart Kim
