Last day.
Started off okay.
But the further south we went the smokier it became.
We made it as far as Tenterfield.
Where we got stuck due to bushfires.
The New England Highway is CLOSED!
Some people went the long way home out west.
We stayed another night and luckily found a motel room in Tenterfield,
The road opened overnight and because we woke up really early we got on the road and were home for morning tea.
