Today is the first day of our ‘flying by the seat of our pants’ tour of England.
In other words we haven’t booked anything and have only a rough plan of where we will go.
But the goal is to head north as far as York,
and then like the grand Old Duke of York we’ll ‘March back down again’ to the southern counties.
ABOVE: this is where we are staying for the next 2 nights the Premier Inn on the River Wensum in Norwich.
