Ruby's 1st Birthday party

So, the next weekend another birthday party at the opposite end of the age spectrum.

Ruby is now one.

And Ruby and Violet both ate their respective birthday cakes in a similar manner.

Use your fingers and shovel it into your mouth as fast as you can!

Yum, nice dairy free cake!

It is so nice with the icing.

Whoops, on the deck!

Quick! Shovel it in before the clean up crew arrives..

Violet's 90th Birthday Party

Hello, my Dear Readers.

I have two recent events to share with you.

Birthday parties for the oldest and youngest members of our family.

First we'll start with Violet's 90th birthday party

It held was at our place , and I had a lovely lady do the catering.

She also made the white chocolate mud cake.

Katrina from Glengarriff Farm.

(All I had to do was clean the windows.

I bought a Karcher window vacuum I highly recommend it to you all)!

Please join us for some photos of the very successful event.

The flowers were from Rosemerin, I hired the metal jugs from them as well..

A chance to get out some of my collection of vintage Royal Albert china.

Thanks to Mel for organising the balloons.

I used compostable paper plates.

Just as well we planned for an indoor event as it rained.

Michael's speech.

Thanks to Jess for sorting out some suitable party clothes for Vi.

Inside the white chocolate mud cake, it was just yummy.

P.S. Hold on my Mum's dear readers!

Its Miss Lizzy here to let you know what a wonderful time Teddy and I had at Grandmas party.

There were a lot of food drops from the old people and lots of sticky kids to go on adventures with in the backyard.

We were exhausted.

Here below is Teddy demonstrating his exhaustion that evening...

Mum has sensibly used a bit of photo shopping to protect Teddy's dignity!

Until time next time

Love and wet noses
