Crown Princess - Sail Away Day!

YAY!

It's cruise time.

This year we are aboard the Crown Princess for a cruise around South Australia and Tasmania.

I'm blogging a little differently this trip.

In the past I've posted every day, as we go. This time I've decided not to advertise that we are away and the house is empty. I'll still do a daily post, but I won't start uploading the posts until the end of the trip.

We sailed from circular quay at just after 4pm on Saturday 14th December.

Mum and Dad met us for a coffee before we went onboard.

We are on deck 14. Riviera 325.

 

Our departure was delayed as another big P&O cruise left before us from White Bay.

A beautiful sunny day on Sydney Harbour.

Out the heads we sail and we head south.

We are looking forward to visiting some places we haven't been before, such as Kangaroo Island. I've been to Tassie (in 1982!) but Graham hasn't, so this will complete his record of having visited every capital city in Australia.
